RN-Staff Development Specialist (210475)

The Staff Development Specialist will oversee healthcare educational activities in the OU Health Physicians clinical setting. This education will include clinical best practices, policies and procedures, infection control and prevention, and clinical skills maintenance for the nursing staff. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver educational programs to improve the knowledge and skills of nurses and clerical staff to enable them to provide the highest quality patient care in a safe clinical environment. The Staff Development Specialist will function as a role model, facilitator, educator, leader, and consultant to staff and management personnel.
