Scull Construction Service is seeking Concrete Form Setters to be responsible for setting and building forms for concrete placement and construction. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

At Scull Construction a concrete form setter uses his or her strengths and abilities to set forms and progresses their skill level by working on some of the finest and most challenging projects in this region. They are part of a team that prides itself in doing large, challenging concrete projects. 

A Concrete Form Setter for Scull Construction must: 

• Be able to set and strip forms, pour, and finish flatwork 

• Be capable of, but not limited to, carrying forms, cleaning tools, tie rebar, use rebar bender 

• Be able to run gas saw and get trained on running a bobcat 

• Set up and pour interior and exterior to all tolerances and specifications 

• Be able to set forms to line and level, read and understand plans 

• Be unsupervised for periods of time and get work completed 

• Be dependable to your team: You work as a team and progress as a team 

• Be physically fit and able to work for a minimum of 8 hours a day and overtime if needed 

• Be ready to pitch in on any job even if it is below your skill level 

• Be able to accomplish duties outlined by your supervisor 

• Have a valid driver’s license AND / OR a way to get to work wherever needed 

• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test prior to starting work 

• Be able to instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers 

• Be willing to travel out of town 

• Be able to lift 75lbs without pain 

• Be able to work at heights over 10 feet 

• Be a team player by displaying a positive attitude towards Scull, fellow employees & customers 

• Attend safety meetings, maintain safe job site practices, and promote safety on the job site 

• Use tools and equipment correctly, safely, and maintain tools in good, clean working order
